Mike Ciccaglione, restaurateur in Calgary for the past few decades, with establishments including the Prairie Dog Inn, Buon Giorno, The Royal Duke, Il Giardino, Zips Pizza, the Pied Pickles, and many more (Who can forget El Molino Foods). With decades of experience in the downtown area with his team including his son Michael Ciccaglione Junior, with 15 years’ experience in said restaurants (now Host and Proprietor of the Black Cat Lounge and Grill), various waitresses and bartenders such as Debbie and Nathalie from Nathans, and many more.
Our team has been joined by Chef Marino Colonna, who has worked at some of the finest Italian restaurants in Calgary (Including Il Giardino, which was owned by Mike Ciccaglione), and Assistant Chef Lam from the Pied Pickle who has had over 15 years experience with us. Chef Marino brings Mediterranean and Italian flare to downtown Calgary. As Mike’s motto always is, your success comes from the people you choose to be on your team.
